What We Do
For Young People
We deliver RSE to all children of school age (5-18) as well as to universities, colleges and youth clubs.
Workshops
We would always advise that for the most effective RSE young people should receive a series of lessons, each taking the time to explore the different topics we cover. However, schools, universities and youth clubs are also free to book one-off lessons, especially as “refreshers” in the case of widespread issues (for example, if your school has seen an increase in nude pictures being sent, you may wish to book a refresher session on online safety for the affected year groups).
Lessons will always include a presentational element, as well as opportunities for group discussion and activities — catering to all learning styles.
My Body & Yours workshops are designed to be delivered to an average class-size (around 30 students or less) and should be taught to students of similar ages (for example, to one year group at a time) so that we can effectively tailor the material to be age-appropriate.
At the end of each session, students will have the opportunity to submit anonymous questions which we will then answer in a digital document and deliver back to your school or organisation via email for you to distribute to the young people.

Assemblies
We offer assemblies on all of the above topics, ideally to be delivered to a maximum of one year group at a time. Again, this allows us to make the content age-appropriate and can result in more engagement from the students, as well as allowing us to be aware of each student in the room and how they are responding to the session.
Assemblies often work as an introduction to a topic, but we would always advise booking workshops for more in-depth, tailored learning.

1:1 Drop-ins
1:1 drop-ins are available to take place during breaks, lunchtimes, or after school. These sessions are also available to take place in a youth club environment. Young people will be able to spend 5 minutes with an accredited sex educator with a qualification in information & advice, to ask confidential questions that they perhaps didn’t want to bring up in their RSE classes.
We will work closely with the safeguarding lead at your school or organisation to ensure that any worrying disclosures are dealt with appropriately.

Lunchtime or After-School Clubs
We currently offer an LGBTQIA+ club that can be hosted during lunchtime or after school. This can be a safe space for queer young people to interact with their peers, as well as a queer sex and relationships expert. Other than the broad theme of LGBTQIA+, the club can evolve to whatever the students want it to be — a queer book club, a space to make art or just a chance to hang-out and chat.
